I subscribed to Telstra in March and had NBN for about a week - it’s been Approx 3.3 Months, after over 100 texts and giving my name,, Tel No etc. countless of times, I am no closer to getting NBN. It is the worst service provider I have come across. Selling my Telstra shares as I have no hope for this company.
(1) Telstra - this is the best but typically most expensive network. On Telstra you'll get the fastest data speeds and this network is a must if you are doing road trips outside of the main capital cities. (2) Optus - this network is just as good as Telstra in the capital cities, but you may struggle if you're going to regional areas.
