Interesting. I do use Wifi Assist, but my WIFI signal is really strong, and only the LTE is low signal. My phone gets -64dbm in the place it failed last. In my case, it failed connecting on UDP as well (Adaptive setting). I do not see any of those "OpenVPN" entries, just the NIP ones. I will try turning OFF wifi assist to see if that helps. EDIT:
